      -Friendly peers and nice working environment -Able to learn lot of things for first few years

      - Lack of technology advancement and manager does not take initiative to push for new technology and practices in the market - Salary is lower than market but cover by good bonus - Small organisation lack of career advancement

      Pros

      This is a decent place to work if you are a new graduate. If you are okay with zero guidance and are self-sufficient to learn on your own you might do okay. People are generally nice Piggybacks off of Toyota benefits.

      Cons

      If you are looking for technical positions there is no career growth for you. Pay is sub par compared to other companies in the area. Lack of managerial vision and an unrewarding pay/promotion structure.
