Pros
There is no pros at all for this company. If you are impatient please do join the company as they give lot of lectures for free to gain patience and you will eventually learn too.
Cons
There are like n number of cons for this company. firstly they treat humans like animals and call them using hand gesture or sometimes make weird noise but not their names. secondly you should not be married as you will forget you have a family and if you are not married they will definitely not let you get married and brain wash it. apart from that the management have people are are not from the IT background and the process goes on a toss and you end up hearing lot of scoldings from higher management for no reason. So ultimately you get scoldings for someone else's mess.
