The people. TWD is filled with talented, hardworking, and supportive individuals who genuinely care about one another and the work they do. I appreciate the trust placed in employees to take initiative and contribute ideas. Working with colleagues across Canada, the U.S., and Greece has been both rewarding and inspiring, and I am grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow alongside such a dedicated team.

No significant concerns from my experience. Like any workplace, there are occasional challenges, but I have found the team to be supportive and committed to working through them together.

Great culture that really starts with senior leadership and carries throughout the organization. The environment is supportive and collaborative, with a genuine respect for work-life balance. The technical teams are strong, and the overall quality of the services provided across multiple industries/processes is very high.

As a smaller EP firm, TWD is affected by broader global market conditions, which can sometimes limit near-term opportunities. That said, the BD team is consistently working to build a strong pipeline for the future.
