      * Positive work environment with good work life balance *Fairly diverse office racially and gender wise however could benefit from further increase. *Low stress working environment

      * Submarket salary and benefits * Not flexible with remote working * sick leave is taken from vacation time which is already limited.

      - Extreme micromanaging, senior engineers can be rude and demanding - Poor compensation - Forced goals by supervisors, even if you have no interest - Failing performance among leadership, will often be late to meetings, not show up, send deliverables late, leave a bad impression on clients - Weak business outlook in the South
