Pros

Often, there was little to do or workload was easy to complete within the given timeframe. People (engineers) were great and made good friends with people.

Cons

The organization is top heavy, lots of managers for different "new" positions. Lower engineers get hit hard with workload, while top staff did not. However, this shifted as offices were running on skeleton crews and had a lack of experienced people to do the work. Deliverables were impacted negatively and quality dropped over the years. There are a few good leaders, but overall lacks in real direction and commitment to the regions they represent.

Cons

- Extreme micromanaging, senior engineers can be rude and demanding - Poor compensation - Forced goals by supervisors, even if you have no interest - Failing performance among leadership, will often be late to meetings, not show up, send deliverables late, leave a bad impression on clients - Weak business outlook in the South
