They are always cheerful, professional, and efficient. You feel like a real part of the team because they do a great job of keeping everyone in the loop. Feedback is given in a timely manner, and is always helpful. Often there is a little bonus offered when people are needed to step up to the plate during heavy volume times. If you are willing to put in the time and effort, this is a great company to work for.

You are paid once a month, which is not ideal for everyone. As a contract worker, you are not eligible for health or retirement benefits.
