Feedback can be a bit hit and miss, because it often comes down to personal opinion. Feedback on tricky bits of audio rarely takes into account the audio quality. Possibly, the feedback team have better tools for cleaning up audio, but freelancers are expected to make the audio good enough to decipher ourselves and are graded poorly for any words we don't understand. There is a format provided for inaudible audio and phonetic guesses, but you will be marked down for using it. No easy dialogue between feedback team and freelancers. Pay is very poor, about a third of what you could expect to be paid directly. Poor quality files can take up more time and no compensation is given for this. Pay is monthly, very odd for freelance/agency work.
