Normally such companies tend to have good qualities of both large corporations and small companies. But Take is an exception. It is a mixture of bad qualities found in large corporations and small companies - No hikes and promotions for nearly 4 years, company-wide. - Benefits are getting worse every year. - HR is incompetent and do not care about employee welfare or maybe their hands are tied with low budgets and senior management pressure - Management is unprofessional in their behavior. Employees are let go when they are on vacation.
