Pros

Nothing really!! Pathetic people (especially HR & finance), pathetic work culture, a CEO (Con Executive Officer). Once can't be more unlucky to be a part of this so called Company.

Cons

So many - they run in a body shopping mode, try to suck every penny from their consultants, don't pay anything but get the max out of the people. No growth directional orientation. It is not even 300 people company but claims to be around 1500 people. God Save this company from genuine and honest auditors... Good people have already left this company because of the politics played by the CEO

Pros

- Telecommuting option available for certain jobs - There are some talented people working here who are to great with - Better than consulting firm - Opportunity to work in some of the latest technologies

Cons

- First of all the company name keeps changing every few days, its ClearOrbit sometimes, Take Supply Chain and sometimes Take Solutions. - This is a mid size company. Normally such companies tend to have good qualities of both large corporations and small companies. But Take is an exception. It is a mixture of bad qualities found in large corporations and small companies - No hikes and promotions for nearly 4 years, company-wide. - Benefits are getting worse every year. - HR is incompetent and do not care about employee welfare or maybe their hands are tied with low budgets and senior management pressure - Management is unprofessional in their behavior. Employees are let go when they are on vacation. The company has ageist practices and senior people who have worked in the company for years are let go without any warning - Jobs are outsourced to Chennai, India, sooner or later - No cultural diversity. Most people working here are from Chennai, India - Employees are forced to relocate on a shoe - string budget. Relocation is not provided for family even if the relocation is forced on the employee. - Management is terrible in their communication. Management does not talk to or listen to employees
