Pros

The company offers interesting and challenging assignments that regularly involve working with senior client stakeholders. Even relatively junior employees are often afforded this face-to-face exposure. Due to the flat structure and collaborative culture, employees tend to be given considerable autonomy and accountability for their own workload from an early stage in their career, which is great for personal and professional development, as well as self-management, equipping them with the skill set required to build and lead a team as they progress through the organisation. Good salary, nice people, and a great place to grow beyond the traditional agency or search environment.

Cons

Despite the positives associated with accountability, it can sometimes feel as though we are somewhat lacking in direction from above, especially during very busy periods when we are all intently focused on the delivery of work. The IT systems could do with being improved, although this is being addressed over the coming months.

Pros

Very understanding when it comes to needing afternoons/morning off for appointments. Full remote was an easy transition and they have implemented programs to make sure everyone can work effectively from home.

Cons

Smaller company so learning and development is up to the individual.

Pros

- Small organization that gives people the opportunity to learn, grow, and progress rapidly if they put in the work. - I felt like my managers listened to me regarding what projects or experiences I wanted to accomplish for my own personal growth. - Leadership team sits in Chicago office and is very accessible. Opportunities to work on one-off projects with CEO/SVP. - Great culture! Happy hours on Friday, pool table in the office, a work hard/play hard atmosphere. Week between Christmas/New Years the office closes. - Autonomy - if you are the type of individual that is self-driven, it is an environment where you will shine.

Cons

- A lot of the work is long-term projects that can last 6-12 months. At times it can be a little monotonous. The managers I worked with were very good about switching my focus to different industries or clients to liven things up. - Benefits are pretty standard. Would like to see a better 401k match, but at a smaller organization that may not be possible.
