Pros

Talent point was a great business to work at, with one of the best cultures I have ever been a part of. I was given the opportunity to progress and develop at some of the best customers in the world. An absolutely brilliant L and D team headed up by one of the best people I’ve worked with in their head of people, and was a place that I always felt valued. To see previous reviews calling one of the CEOs a racist and a sexist shocks me massively and I cannot see this being true. TP worked extremely hard to eradicate any sense of inequality and I always felt safe and represented here especially through the ERGs.

Cons

Talent point I think fell subject to growing very quickly due to demand and we moved away from what was our key selling point which was quality. Unfortunately this and probably a few bad hires in sales and changes at leadership level have resulted in TP having to cut costs and make redundancies.

Pros

Working at Talent Point gives you exposure to a variety of customers across the UK, Europe, and the USA. You get to work with different-sized companies, from startups to larger enterprises, which provides great learning opportunities. The projects you take on with these customers can vary, keeping the role exciting—especially if you’re on an account where you have the opportunity to be hands-on and involved in different aspects of talent acquisition. The people are one of the biggest positives there are some really experienced team members who have been with the company for a long time. They know what they’re talking about and are always willing to help, making for a supportive and knowledgeable environment.

Cons

Company benefits and rewards aren't great, though they have been under review, which is a positive step. Sometimes, confidentiality can be a tricky point, with information not always being handled as expected, from anyone. The structure of the business and management levels have changed frequently, which has at times led to uncertainty around career progression and promotions. This has meant that some people felt like they were working towards goals for a long time, that later shifted.
