Pros

Talent point was a great business to work at, with one of the best cultures I have ever been a part of. I was given the opportunity to progress and develop at some of the best customers in the world. An absolutely brilliant L and D team headed up by one of the best people I’ve worked with in their head of people, and was a place that I always felt valued. To see previous reviews calling one of the CEOs a racist and a sexist shocks me massively and I cannot see this being true. TP worked extremely hard to eradicate any sense of inequality and I always felt safe and represented here especially through the ERGs.

Cons

Talent point I think fell subject to growing very quickly due to demand and we moved away from what was our key selling point which was quality. Unfortunately this and probably a few bad hires in sales and changes at leadership level have resulted in TP having to cut costs and make redundancies.

Pros

A genuinely good idea for a service, which I think many organisations would benefit from. A nice office location (pre-COVID), which made commuting pleasant at least for me. Some exceptionally hard-working team members, who go above and beyond for others.

Cons

There’s no getting around it, unfortunately: the two directors. While I’ve been able to turn a blind eye to their shortcomings during most of my time here, I don’t feel like that’s a stance I can take anymore. It is shameful to have anyone from your all-white team (and I would know, being one of it's all-white members) post reviews pretending to be an ethnic minority and deny the valid complaints of discrimination that have been brought to the surface. It’s a public showcase of the kind of behaviour encouraged at Talent Point. I'm disappointed in both the directors and the remaining team members who participate in this deceit. More importantly, I feel sorry for our ex-colleagues who've been let go and are now being discredited in this way. All I can do is echo what was been said before: Talent Point’s directors do not care about BAME employees, women, or anyone who doesn't "tick the box" of being a well-off Caucasian male. I've seen public displays of bigotry both within the office and during work "getaways", and it is not acceptable for them to both exhibit and allow such behaviour. They’ve also run the company into the ground, and given that its probably on its last legs, I suppose there’s not much left to say. But if you're reading this and considering working for them or with them - stay far away. There's no morality or money in this company.
