Change happens often, as it does with most products, so you have to be able to roll with it. People who are adverse to a lot of change may not like this.

We work in a fast paced environment where you're constantly learning new things. I've learned and been challenged more in my few years at Talent Rover than any of my previous companies combined. The company culture and people I work with energize me every day. It has a family type of atmosphere where everyone does their best to help each other be successful. The platform has come a long way and continues to transform how technology is used in the external staffing and recruiting industry.
