      Flexible schedule and relaxed environment

      Cons

      Leadership severely lacks a moral compass, has refused to pay out owed compensation to more than a dozen now former employees, blatant disrespect from ownership/leadership, vulgar work environment, unethical workplace and business practices, promise to invest in you but offer no real upward trajectory or long term stability, no 401k match, no profit sharing, and zero direction.

      Great place to work! Many opportunities to work on in the greater Grand Rapids area and a great management team.

      A ton of flexibility and fun team lunches and outings.

      Cons

      It always felt VERY unstable and any time leadership closed their office doors to chat together we knew someone was getting fired. They fired people and walked them out the same day just about every week. It had so much potential at the beginning but really went downhill fast.
