      Fun team outings can't outweigh the instability

      Pros

      A ton of flexibility and fun team lunches and outings.

      Cons

      It always felt VERY unstable and any time leadership closed their office doors to chat together we knew someone was getting fired. They fired people and walked them out the same day just about every week. It had so much potential at the beginning but really went downhill fast.

      Great place to work! Many opportunities to work on in the greater Grand Rapids area and a great management team.

      None, TS is great both for recruiters and candidates alike.

      Pros

      Flexibility is nice but phasing out.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, consistent revolving door and frequent firings, not much care for employees…sink or swim and cliquey. Poor benefits package doesn’t help.
