Pros

Flexible schedule/work life balance. Fellow recruiters are nice but unless you kiss bum, you’re out the door.

Cons

Horrible owners and leadership!! No job security, no room for growth, and a good ol boys club. Little to no communication throughout the company. Managers/leadership are extremely green and lack ownership, leadership skills and a moral compass. They’re throwing crap at the wall to see what sticks… changed their recruiting process 3x in 3 months!! Commissions structure is a complete joke and no bonuses what so ever. If you have other options, take it! Run the other way from this place, you’ll be thankful you did. If you're a contractor with TS, your personal/sensitive info is NOT secure, be careful!! (They need to be audited, EEOC and US Dep. of Labor would have a field day)

Great place to work! Many opportunities to work on in the greater Grand Rapids area and a great management team.

Cons

None, TS is great both for recruiters and candidates alike.

Pros

The people that work here are young professionals looking to gain experience and skill. Everyone quickly learns what it is like to work for horrible bosses.

Cons

Owners are not knowledgeable or experienced with employees. Maybe someday their daughters will be treated in the workplace as the owner currently treat their employees. High turnover. Upon employment, the marketing manager makes you write 5 star reviews about the company on three different platforms. Part of employment
