There are no pros to working here.

Cons

Leadership has no idea what they are doing. They will discard you faster than a pair of dirty underwear. You are in a constant state of being fearful of losing your job as there is no rhyme or reason as to why they let associates go. CJ, Stephanie, and John will run the business into the ground in no time. Do not invest your time into this company as they will never appreciate you as an employee!

Pros

The people that work here are young professionals looking to gain experience and skill. Everyone quickly learns what it is like to work for horrible bosses.

Cons

Owners are not knowledgeable or experienced with employees. Maybe someday their daughters will be treated in the workplace as the owner currently treat their employees. High turnover. Upon employment, the marketing manager makes you write 5 star reviews about the company on three different platforms. Part of employment
