Sometimes the tight work schedule does give me that jittery feeling. But I have always had support of my managers and seniors to be able to handle it.. I won't call it a con, infact I just take it as a hiccup in the whole process... N trust me, that's easily manageable 😀

It's currently remote, learning 3+ programming languages and more.

Do not get paid hourly or monthly. Just a stipend
