Pros
Solid team from top down. Tech forward culture. Great perks including small company feel with big company benefits. Management genuinely cares for employees and takes good care of staff. Some of the smartest and nicest people to surround yourself with. Lots of fun activities all year round.
Cons
The negatives are seemingly being fixed. There's a consolidation effort to remove redundancies and reign in all the disparate parts into a more streamlined and singular direction.
