      Difficult to grow here and underpaid. Majority of the work gets done by assistant and associate levels, while the executive level reaps the benefits.

      Cons

      Hard to grow here, especially if you speak your mind.

      Great Place to work, great benefits, good work life balance, great office environment

      Cons

      strict hybrid schedule (Tues - Thurs) but you do get PTO and a lot of options to create a good balance
