      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere in the corporate office. Excellent health benefits. Flexible working arrangements.

      Cons

      Terrible vacation time---offices will frequently have unpaid holidays (New Years Eve, etc). Salaries are significantly below similar companies. Print advertising (the company's main source of revenue) is dying. The online programs are overpriced and just a collection of other companies' services. There is nothing unique about what they offer in that regard. This company has changed hands quite a few times --- it probably will not exist in 10 years. No one really seems to be in charge. Executives manage their little corners of the business, but there's no one providing any vision.

      Pros

      Target Media Partners was a great place to work. I had the opportunity to be part of a team of talented professionals who worked hard and had a lot of fun. We had the chance to work on some great projects and collaborate on different initiatives that had an incredible impact. We were given the chance to develop our skills and grow within the company while feeling supported and encouraged to take risks. As a company, Target Media Partners always put the client first and valued the importance of relationships. I'm proud to have been part of a great team at Target Media Partners and highly recommend working there.

      Pros

      Digital solutions were valued in the market. Consistently evolving. Pay was rewarding if you produced.

      Cons

      Expectations were high. Always being taught new stuff so hard to keep up.
