Pros
Industry insiders know how difficult the work environment is here. If you're desperate for experience, a few months at TV may help you secure a different job.
Cons
High turnover and burnout are appallingly common at Targeted Victory. From the day you get your first client, you'll work yourself to the bone until you finally quit or they cast you aside to make room in the budget. You'll be fielding phone calls, emails, and slack messages on the weekends and after hours. The mental toll this takes on people is enormous. Senior management does not invest in the well-being of their employees, and things like "unlimited PTO" is just a trick they use to get you from taking actual time off. Usually, time and distance give you the perspective to see the benefit in a difficult experience. My experience since working at Targeted Victory has shown me how truly toxic this company is.
