- Strong mission-driven culture focused on improving people’s lives through flexible work opportunities. - Engineers have a direct impact on features that affect marketplace reliability, booking flow, trust & safety, and overall user experience. - Management is fantastic, caring, and supports their employees.

Pros

Inclusive and welcoming culture at the company level Good pay and benefits

Cons

Customer Operations team culture has issues. Leadership is cliquey and looks down on their agents (unless you're one of their favorites). You won't receive feedback, even your performance review will probably be opaque and vague. Company prided themselves on no layoffs and then laid off many team members in 2025, even after hitting/exceeding company financial targets.
