Pros
Supportive leadership all around. Even up to the CEO is willing to listen and learn from employees. Work is fulfilling and fun - great goals and appreciation for the work you do. Your team is always behind you and you get to know them well even if remote. Tons of opportunities to get onsite and collaborate. No walls between departments.
Cons
With the current economy, growth goals have been difficult to achieve. Leadership could forecast and plan better but this doesn’t change the great work environment.
