Pros
Great location, great people, people care about education, solid values
Cons
I've worked at Taskstream for a few years and up until a year or so ago, I thought the company was the best place to work (and I've worked at quite a number of software companies). All the employees and management team seemed to work harmoniously, business grew every year and there was little turnover. There were a lot of fun events and people really enjoyed working here. Employee ideas and initiatives were heard, products were produced rapidly (perhaps too rapidly) but always with a spirit of how to best serve the clients. Teams and management were open to discussing problems and learning from mistakes. With some changes in management this past year and other changes happening simultaneously, things have gotten a bit harder. As a few have mentioned, there haven't been great upper management and leadership strategies to support the larger size of the company and management hasn't been great about communicating the company strategy and goals. Last year there was also a few positions that were eliminated partly because of the change to Agile and that created some negativity. But if you can put up with growing pains, it's not a bad place to be.
