No growth in skills. Salary hardly increasing (Not company issue, industry problem) Increasingly disoriented from original TATA values, becoming unfair more and more, not at all expected when joining. Not updating to current times. Not open, very scared culture. No one questions anything. Union having a tight grip on management. Loyalty not rewarded. Performance not merited. Plenty of unfairness and politics in appraisals, ask any employee.
