      Pros

      Quick experience, intense work means you're very well-equipped with skills. Great team comradery.

      Cons

      Management were not organised, we weren't paid as much as the gallery staff, only a 30 min unpaid lunch break when gallery staff had 2 hours, 1 hour paid, shifts were not given far enough in advance.

      It used to be they pay every week, now it's every 2 weeks

      Cons

      Nobody knows anything. You don't know who answers to who and there is no accountability anywhere. Basically a free for all, just show up and you'll get a check.
