      Pros

      cool location, great colleagues who mostly have an interest in art, you get lots of experience very quickly

      Cons

      management weren't good at communicating pay wasn't enough for what was expected of us they hired completely inexperienced people because the turnover was so high because the job was so hard rotas not made far enough in advance I could go on

      Pros

      It used to be they pay every week, now it's every 2 weeks

      Cons

      Nobody knows anything. You don't know who answers to who and there is no accountability anywhere. Basically a free for all, just show up and you'll get a check.
