      Pros

      its very nice to work in microsoft group in techm. because, we would be working at client side and we could get a chance to work on different technologies which are not yet released to the market.

      Cons

      being as a vendor at microsoft, we don't get good work. we could not take ownership on any components which are developing in microsoft eventhough u worked on that component.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
