Pros

good place for house wives. very good place when you plan to retire from work (join in a senior mngr position and can relax for the rest of your life) only place for ITPIANS Pnly place for people who do not want to update their skill set or do not want to take any risk.

Cons

Delays in the Variable Pay of a Quater by almost 1-2 months No proper Appraisal Salaries are too low as compared to other IT Companies No Chances of getting released once you join the project. The only way out is to leave the company. Slave of BT and ATT Salaries are not always up to market evaluation Conservative in thinking Middle managment ruin the company culture no vision No technical positions available at onsite, only managers at onsite with no technical intervention. company look for instant profits, no longterm thoughts. Manager to senior manager level is of no use especially in Amdocs- Tech M contracts No chance of updating your skills No Professional trainings Unnecessary policies (capability Index) No technical gurus expect more with less Responsibilities are not defined properly any body can take any decision better place to loose your skill set

Pros

* Pay arrives on time, consistently. * Benefits package is decent relative to the industry. * They do invest in internal training programs.

Cons

* Promotions happen, but pay raises simply do not — in three years, I never witnessed a single one, regardless of title or tenure. * They clawed back a 1% cost-of-living raise by quietly cutting variable pay by an equivalent amount. * Overtime is effectively off the table. Budget comes first, always. * HR exists on paper only. Don't expect support or resolution when you need it. * Expense reimbursements — including professional certifications — are like pulling teeth. Expect a fight. * Benefits and perks have been steadily eroded over time to cut costs. * Certain groups of employees are visibly and consistently treated with less respect, given fewer opportunities, and held to different standards than others. Leadership has shown no interest in addressing it.
