      Pros

      Beautiful people to interact with. Great business exposure. Good place to start your career. I reckon it to be a good job if you are a fresher. You will get a lot of things to learn be it technical or non-technical. Helping Managers. and Great culture. Overall.. You can have a good life working with TechM.

      Cons

      NO downsides as of now for me. People keep saying the salary and hikes provided are a bit low. As far as I know they give genuine ones. Comparatively they maybe a bit low, but satisfactory.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
