      Pros

      1. Most projects have average workload. 2. Good number of trainings. 3. Some good projects to learn telecom sector.

      Cons

      1. Salary is poor. 2. Favoritism exists. 3. new HR policies and HR employees are pathetic in their approach and dont have etiquettes. 4. Some of the managers who are working for years in MBT (techM) are highly incompetent. 5. Appraisal process in poorest . Takes 4-6 months to complete appraisal. Salary growth is poor in general.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
