      Pros

      Tech Mahindra as an organization provides you a very high growth path and you can grow rapidly. Also there is a fair bit of independence provided by the management in your work area.

      Cons

      The compensation is very poor, internal processes are pathetic and management hardly cares about its employees. The HR department is for namesake as there is no serious authority bestowed to them. Also apart from "on the job" learning, the company has built no training facilities to enhance work knowledge specially for the managerial roles.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
