Scope of learning through sessions and team members, a lot of work pressure but eventually once u learn i will be easy to work as well as learn more.
Cons
Worst management teams, Resource management team is waste, I joined as a fresher trained in java but they pushed us into desktop management and software installation team as there was no requirement for java resources, when we ask the manager regarding this he tells that it is companies mandatory exams, if you want us to work in desktop support why you people will give training in java and once there is requirement in java they will train other freshers who are from oracle competency to java, such a waste of time and money as well as ruining freshers carrier who want to be a developer. "NEVER EXPECT HIKE IN THIS COMPANY". Become a crucial resources then press exit then the management will come down to give the candy. :)
