Pros

TechAxis has a tenured team of professionals, many of whom like the Practice Leads, have been with the organization for years. Even the juniormost team member has been here for at least 2 years. This is a great place to grow, as most people have risen from the ground up, joining from campus and now second in command in the organisation. The company has a strong focus on long-term relationships, be it with clients or employees which creates stability and a sense of belonging.

Cons

The daily meetings can be overwhelming. They are extremely long and tend to move at a snail's pace, going over every single role and pipeline in excruciating detail. This often leads to a feeling of being over-monitored, especially by the CXO level, which is unnecessary for a team with this level of experience. Streamlining the meetings and trusting the team more would go a long way in improving efficiency and morale. Also, take action on non performers, dont make everyone suffer because a few do not work.

Pros

Much more to it than I originally thought -- just reviewing resumes, but also paying close attention to candidate backgrounds and career paths. New challenges with every opening. Learning about different technologies and industries while helping connect candidates with opportunities.

Cons

Long hours not unusual, plus weekend work required sometimes

Pros

There are a few good people in the company who have real morals

Cons

• Managers were obsessive control freaks and turned simple tasks into exhausting ordeals. • The CEO insisted on being involved in everything, creating an unbearable atmosphere. • Office politics mattered more than hard work, and doing a good job was never enough. • Work life balance did not exist and requests for flexibility were ignored. • Attempts to learn and build new skills were met with discouragement. • Do not join unless you want to end up with the same regret I feel.
