      Pros

      Great relationships with many of San Diego's best companies. The opportunities we call candidates about are some of the best employment opportunities in the area. The work environment is relaxed and based on mutual respect. It's a small team who works together to get things done, no micromanagement.

      Must be comfortable working independently at times.

      Pros

      Senior management open to ideas, good communication with employees, fair compensation, opportunity for upward mobility. Good team atmosphere. Wide variety of both perm and contract IT jobs and clients.

      Cons

      Lifecycle can be long for open positions.

      Great leadership, Fair employee compensation, Pro-active leadership, Room for growth within the company, Concerns are dealt with in a fair and reasonable way, Communication at all levels is valued and listened to, goals are realistic and attainable. There is open communication at all levels of TechHive and there is fair treatment of job boards and the distribution of jobs to work on.
