remote job, decent service managers, okay pay

they can't make up their mind on things, everything changes on a 6 month cycle,

Pros

Remote work, decent paid Holidays don't do nights or weekends much

Cons

low pay compared to the industry,not many raises, company has gone down hill since becoming partly owned by PE firm and bringing in a HR Executive who changed things a lot and doesn't seem to care about employees. Top management has become more distant as company has grown too much by taking over other companies.
