    Company is still learning how to ramp up staff quickly during periods of growth. However, this is an organization that looks at every obstacle as a learning opportunity and management is already putting things in place that will assist with this.

    The building is new and nice.

    Cons

    - The pay is incredibly low for the workload/job duties requested. They claim employees are paid the "market rate" but they must not know the current market rate in Southern California - Workload is through the roof - Leadership and upper management are young and completely lost. Even though they have a leadership program, it consists of reading a book and I have seen no change after completion with management. - Turnover...

    Advice to Management

    TAKE ACTION! Consistent feedback is brought to management's attention but no action is ever taken. Company is on the verge of losing a lot of employees but management has proven time and time again that it is not a concern. INVEST and COMPENSATE in your Service Team that keeps your company's lights and power on. STOP sales and new business immediately until internal issues are not just addressed but FIXED

    The hourly wage can be a little low, but the added benefits of training, health insurance, free food, and atmosphere makes up for it.

      Pros

      Ever since I started working here, I've had nothing but encouragement and support from the senior management and my team. Everyone here really wants you to learn and grow, and they're committed to helping you better yourself. They're also incredibly open to feedback -- you can't find a more cheerful, hard-working, fun-loving place to work.

      Pros

      - You have intelligent colleagues you can learn from - No micromanaging = creative freedom - You’ll never starve

      Cons

      - Leadership needs to know when their team members are getting discouraged and act on it - High turnover rate - Monthly check-in with supervisor gets redundant

      Advice to Management

      Not everyone speaks up when they have issues, pay attention to employee morale. Being SoCal’s one of the top best places to work is a great achievement to earn, but sometimes just seem like a facade.

      I have been working at TechMD full-time for more than a year

      Pros

      -Get along well with co-workers -Some non-compensation perks

      Cons

      -Horrible management -Had a co-worker that was sexually harassed and assaulted and I wanted to speak up about what I knew and management told me to keep quiet if I wanted to keep my job. -HR just follows whatever management says and they are not interested in helping employees.

      Advice to Management

      Listen to employees more and do what is right for staff, not just corporate bottom line.

      TechMD has experience a lot of growth this year and at times that has led to some challenging situations where we are running at near capacity

      Advice to Management

      What you are doing is working. Keep it up. Only advice is to to try to get ahead of the curve when it comes to our growth and staffing up. TechMD is trying to hire a lot of people and perhaps we need to think outside of the box on how to make that happen.
