Pros
I have never worked with a company that is willing to pay you to make mistakes, that in it's self is priceless. To anyone who may think they have a cool boss, try TechMD it's like a family here that actually cares about you as person. If you have a rough day/week the people here will notice and come to you before going to the boss. They are actually concerned for your well being.
Cons
Con's hmmm lets see hmm oh there is only 1 fax line hahaha I wish there was 2 fax lines. that's it no cons to working here :)
