      Pros

      Working at TechRev has brought me so much experience in my field of interest. The team was very welcoming and easy-going. The office is pretty laid back, and there is always coffee and snacks available!

      Cons

      It was difficult for me to get involved with the team since I was still going to school and only working part time. The team is very close, and I wasn't able to experience that as much as I wanted. Also as a young accountant, there wasn't enough career advancement opportunities for me as opposed to if I was a young software engineer within the company.

      Small company that has a family vibe to it. They treat their employees really well.

      Pros

      Honesty and Transparency define this company. The culture is fun and engaging but every employee is a consummate professional. Though I am no longer with the company I feel like I have made life long friends during my tenure. If you are looking for an exciting career in Information Technology, I highly recommend applying here.

      Cons

      Though it is no fault of their own, but the office location is not Ideal if you don't live within the Palm Bay or Melbourne Area. If you have to utilize the I95, US1, or A1A for your commute the route can be a little difficult to travers due to its centralize location in Melbourne.
