      Pros

      Honesty and Transparency define this company. The culture is fun and engaging but every employee is a consummate professional. Though I am no longer with the company I feel like I have made life long friends during my tenure. If you are looking for an exciting career in Information Technology, I highly recommend applying here.

      Cons

      Though it is no fault of their own, but the office location is not Ideal if you don't live within the Palm Bay or Melbourne Area. If you have to utilize the I95, US1, or A1A for your commute the route can be a little difficult to travers due to its centralize location in Melbourne.

      Pros

      Im very grateful for my time at this company. Having a previous working relationship with the CEO, it was an easy decision to an accept an offer. Management is forward thinking, respectful of work life balance and enables employees to pursue career interests. The TechRev culture is professional but not too uptight and the company is very active in the community. 401k matching is pretty generous for such a small company. Id still be there if it wasnt for an offer I couldnt refuse.

      Cons

      Not very many options for Medical, vision or dental.
