Pros

TechUp Labs: Wasting time, hindering growth.

Cons

After completing six rounds of technical and practical interviews, the CEO, Chirag Lathiya, seems to find excuses to dismiss candidates. It's disheartening to hear that after investing time and effort into the interview process, you're faced with such behavior. Based on your experience. Chirag Lathiya makes various excuses to try to dismiss you. For example, if you applied for Technology 1, he might ask you to complete a task related to Technology 2 and then say he'll think about it later. I wouldn't recommend pursuing further interviews at TechUp Labs, as it seems that Chirag may not value candidates' time and effort appropriately.

Pros

grow. I’ve been working here for the past 8 months and have learned how to use AI to work more efficiently, especially in digital marketing services. The team is very supportive, the work culture is good, and there is continuous learning about AI, business growth, and customise software systems. With further focus on task planning and management, productivity can improve even more. Overall, it’s a good very good company who want to build skills and gain real-world experience.

Cons

No nothing as such for me

Pros

I spent Four amazing years at TechUp Labs, and it’s honestly been one of the best work experiences I’ve had. The culture is super positive,no politics, just smart and supportive people who love collaborating. The HR team is genuinely humble and always approachable. They really make you feel heard. I learned a lot here, both technically and personally, and the management always encouraged trying new tech and growing your skills. Remote work never felt lonely thanks to their cool tools like Gather Town and Basecamp. Plus, the annual company trip and regional Jaano Meetups make everything more fun and connected. It is a great place if you want freedom, learning, and a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

Since it’s fully remote, sometimes miss the vibe of a physical office, except during meetups or the annual trip.
