Interview
Very bad experience with the interview process, they have wasted so much time with 5 rounds (honestly that can be done in 3)
The last round with CEO is pathetic. First of all he joined late & then i don't know what was the purpose of that call. Pure unprofessional.
I completed all 4 rounds, in last round with CEO which was casual & they told me we've put this position on hold.

Interview
The founder was being an ignorant person to matters that need attention like work life balance & DEI (He doesn’t believe in it).
There was a line in the JD that said “They’re looking for someone who will improve their Work life balance” and the founder said that was sarcasm 🌚 during the interview. Apparently he doesn’t feel the need to have a work life balance at techup labs since everyone working there is passionate about the work and they won’t get exhausted.
He was behaving like a manchild throughout the interview where it was “his way or no way!”
I realised in the 11th hour that this is a self funded company which has been running for 4-5 years. So I suppose his behaviour is justified.

Question 1
Founder fired an employee infront of everyone cause he lied. Was that the right thing or not.

Interview
My interview process had 5 rounds: the first was an HR round, followed by a technical interview, a technical task, a call with the CEO and finally a cultural round. While the whole process was smooth, I found the cultural round to be the best. The interviewer explained the company's values and work culture clearly, making the conversation engaging and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience
