      Very political Real tension between locals and expats People are transactional, they won't do anything if it doesn't benefit them personally People are motivated by political powers, who's backing behind the decision and not by the solution or business outcomes

      Pros

      - Dynamic working environment - Lots of things to learn and to grow - Fast-paced - Lots of good and bright managers - Big organization, if you are not happy with your team, it is easy for you to move to another team/ department without leaving the company.

      Cons

      - Water fountain management. If the line manager is narrow-minded, you will not have a chance to express yourself, your performance will be evaluated unfairly and there is no way you can fight for it.
