      Good brand name, considered to have higher pay than other fellow banks for lower work load - depends on position & team, of course

      Cons

      Highly political, there're those who doesn't work effectively but still receive higher pay and ranking, and thoes who do all works and receive nothing. Be cautious for everything you've shared with your colleagues, walls have ears there.

      Very political Real tension between locals and expats People are transactional, they won't do anything if it doesn't benefit them personally People are motivated by political powers, who's backing behind the decision and not by the solution or business outcomes
