      - Dynamic and (a little bit) international culture: you get to work with different kinds of people from all over Vietnam and most leaders are expats - Wide range of e-learning and f2f free internal courses, lots of employees activities to engage like sport clubs, competition, public speaking

      Cons

      - Lots of procedures and stakeholder to work with might be overwhelming - The workload is a lot to keep up with the salary range

      Pros

      - Dynamic working environment - Lots of things to learn and to grow - Fast-paced - Lots of good and bright managers - Big organization, if you are not happy with your team, it is easy for you to move to another team/ department without leaving the company.

      Cons

      - Water fountain management. If the line manager is narrow-minded, you will not have a chance to express yourself, your performance will be evaluated unfairly and there is no way you can fight for it.
