really make a difference through understanding people and how cultures affect performance - ie the dual bottom line principle. The expectations and requirement for respect is known throughout the whole organisation and really makes it a great environment to work in.
Cons
Communication across the organisation should be better - for awareness, inclusion, understanding of the strategic direction and decisions being made.
