Thank you for your comments. While there is always room for improvement, we pride ourselves on providing employees with additional opportunities through stretch assignments, increased job duties, and participation on cross-functional/cross-divisional projects based on interest and availability. Our employees are also encouraged to ask questions and seek clarity when needed. Through employee feedback, we recognized a need for more efficient (and specific) training programs and have launched an initiative that defines role responsibilities, assesses gaps, and provides targeted training so that the appropriate skills can be obtained. This should provide greater value to all employees across our organization.

Regarding your concerns about Management, we take your comments seriously and are constantly working on how to improve as an organization. We are just finalizing an employee engagement survey where we asked our employees across the globe specific questions about Management and will be using this data to drive change for the better.
