Everything’s lies. The plant supervisor says he cares about employees and he obviously doesn’t. They say they’re improving things but they hate new ideas. I was attracted to this company because they said they wanted people to help improve things, but if there’s one thing they hate, it’s ideas for improving. Also promotions very literally don’t exist.
