      Pros

      The down town location was great and the gym nearby offered a discount to our employees.

      Cons

      Very cliquish office culture and poorly executed on-boarding of new hires. As an entry level associate, training was inarticulate and opportunities to build successful client list withheld by managers.

      Pros

      Growth tech stack with many tools to achieve your goals. A lot of support from management and your teammates. Amazing working environment, I met many cool people while at work! Hybrid work schedule with flexibility to work from home! Great office locaiton in the heart of downtown Chicago.

      Pay isn't the greatest New Acquisition makes it hard to get things done fast (lots of process in place)
