I have been working at Technomic full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Open PTO, "surprise" days off around holidays, brand new office in downtown Chicago, free vending machine, great people, positive outlook for the company

    Cons

They don't really seem to care about reducing turnover and pay is relatively low for the amount of work (but the office culture can outweigh that)

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and actually foster the flexible environment that you advertise.

The down town location was great and the gym nearby offered a discount to our employees.
